Martinez Construction, Took Money and did not finish job. Shotty work had to be refinished. Cashed checks without permission. Threatened us with violence. Faked his referenced. Found out it was his cousin answering

Mr. Martinez promised to completed constructiuon on a house for $7500 he was given a starter check. About every other day it was. Oh my son needs this or i need that. Never finished. He would do just enough to make it look like he was working. Was never at the job. Then got me in a position where i had to give him money to fix a leak he caused... Or i would be out more money..
After paying him 5,000 he agreed to hold a check until i said to cash it.,
he cashed the check and left the job... Then when i had to hire someone else to finish. We had to rip out all his work and start over
