My name is Brian Bourget. I hired Hugo Martinez as a sub contractor 2 years ago. He has stolen from customers, taken jobs behind my back, he has had customers write him personal checks and he has cashed them and ran.
He has robbed me and customers for over 50,000. Hugo Martinez needs to be arrested and charged for fraud. He robbed me for over 50 grand, then all of a sudden he goes from living in a hotel with his wife Rebecca deldigalo and 5 kids, to a 5 bedroom house in Austin.
He will show up, take your money, do minimal work. Then he will tell you it will cost more then he thought and he needs more money. He told me his father passed away like 5 times, and the old man is up in a metal home. Alive as ever.

Hugo you can file a dispute but it wont help you. All you want but the customers you have ripped off are standing behind me. Hugo, you started HMA services and your still ripping people off all by yourself.
