Entered into contract 9/02 completed liner 11/02. He got paid but never delivered my heater, filter and assecories. Repeated calls go unanswered by Mr Messina.
His secretary is a sleeze too. She refuses to give any information and even hung up on me. Now, 5/03 I have not heard from this company nor a scheduled date of completion.
It cost me an additional 7000.00 to have another pool company complete the work Truly Blue never finished. Excavator was never paid either. This guy truly is a scumbag.
This company has on record 19 consumer affairs complaints since 4/99 and has an expired license since 3/03. Its a family affair the father works there too. This family is truly a bunch of low lifes that cant make a living the honest way.
