We spoke with Paul after being informed that we were being transferred to Va Beach area over 100 miles from Richmond.
We haD rented a house from teh Kochars for over six years. They assured us there would be no problem breaking the house lease (we had 5 more months left on the lease this year), we packed and moved to Va beach only to discover tht the day we moved out of Ricmond, the Kochars took us to court and garnished our wages.
Foul!!!
