Well, I will have to agree somewhat with both posters. Regarding the comments from the obvious friend of the owner, yes, the store staff seemed like nice friendly people, however I will have to agree with the first poster on what is important. The poor quality. We paid top dollar for what we thought was a premium quality leather sectional with dual recliners. It seemed very nice in the beginning, but it has not held up well at all. We have had it for a couple of years, but have never had furniture fall apart so quickly.
Material is extremely thin, pulling apart at the seems and frame has become very 'loose' and 'rickety'. If you're in the market for cheap 'budget' furniture, you'll likely spend a lot less for similar quality at one of the big chain stores like 'Value C...' or 'Big L...'.
Hope this helps.
