Was it just me or exist others available, and do you learn about it? I did not
To review, I shifted from Austin to Virigina. I terminated my support, TXU would utilize section of my deposit to pay for my last statement - okay. Recognized. Our return about $67.00. Good. They will send it to my target in Virginia. Excellent
Not too wonderful, that I forgot concerning the check - which my loved ones in Virginia had explained had appeared, but right now would be to aged to deposit perhaps 3 mos. Anyhow, I contact TXU nowadays (the very first time) I'm placed on store fifteen minutes with a man simply looking for my bill. I believe he did think it is just did not wish to consider my phone - after he noticed exactly what the next woman stated in my experience.
Tammy, an extremely type and soft-spoken National - responded almost instantly. I waited about 3 hours to call-back.:-/ She was very useful, and after finding my bill claims - "you've a credit of $1.00 plus some change." WHAT!?!?! I am anticipating nearly $70.
She politely reviews all my info, notices etc. Then returns and informs me - "there is a 'duty mistake' and also youare fresh credit balance is $1 ()." DUTY MISTAKE? I expected her nicely, to describe. Is there any certification of the modification to my bill? She responds "you would be the first client I Have observed with this specific issue." Really?! How handy! (may I note, I hated TXU the whole 5 years I'd support together. I stated "You Are showing me that for 5 years your company continues to be charging me improperly, plus they did not discover it till once they shipped out a reimbursement check?!?!" Her only response was yes. I needed she deliver me anything written down detailing this entire "payment problem". She agreed to deliver me a duplicate of my last statement. What's that likely to do? I do not need a plan of costs, I'd like an outline of what I am being charged for, of course if it had been a county-wide factor then just how many others might have been influenced. And that I need to know, why TXU did not deliver something out about this?!?
Ultimately, I am anticipating a look for $1.00, a duplicate of my last statement, and he or she claims she'll mail-me whatsoever she may discover on which triggered the money.
I asked her before holding up, "So easily had banked that check TXU shipped out in my experience 3 months previously for $67, you men might have CHARGED ME AGAIN for this MIRACULOUS DUTY snafu?" Her solution was yes.
STEER CLEAR. Their payment is insane, customer support sucks should you obtain a foriegner, the National CSRs wish to assist but-don't understand how, costs are excessive, and every expererience together hasbeen the worst.
