Daniel King of Safety Financials (SF) contacted me (Dilip Dutta of 1924 Gomes Road, Fremont CA) on 07/15/09 promising to lower my mortgage payment using their experienced attorney from $3600 to close to $2400 using loan modification program supported by Mr. President.
SF would need $3300 as total fees for processing the loan modification and I was asked to send a Cashier check for the same amount. Peter Brown from SF provided me the necessary documents that I need to sign and send them back. Daniel King also provided me the Fedex pre-paid air bill # to send back the signed documents and the Cashier check. I signed all the documentation, included a cashier check #0011514142 issued by Wells Fargo and sent it back to SF address using Saturday delivery option.
Daniel King called on 07/18/09 stating that all documents has reached safely and on following Monday they will file my case with my lender Chase Bank. Couple of days later I got a call from Danielle (lady) asking to fax them my current 2 pay stubs that are needed by the lender. Which I did on 07/23/09.
But since then I have trying to reach their phone numbers 561-226-7846 & 561-226-7846 and I have been getting engaged tones. I have tried 100 of times so far and I still get engaged tone. To investigate more I called Chase Bank to see if they have received my modification request and I was told nothing has been submitted. This company seems to be a completely FRAUD company and they have violated the contract.
