Buyer Beware!
Before you agree to sign up with this company, read the contract very closely. You can only cancel at the annivessary date of the contract, and you have to send written notification to Protect America requesting cancellation, and the notification has to be received by Protect America 60 days in advance of the annivessary date. If you do not comply with this requirement, you will be signed up for another year! And you will still need to send in a written request to cancel the service, and it will have to be received by the Protect America staff no less than 60 days prior to the annivessary date of the service.
If you have problems with the equipment, you can forget getting service. The remote alarm activation and cancellation device does not interface with the main system. Regardless of which service you use, glass break sensors do not work well.
