Ripoff Artist. Over pricing of a ecoturn Quarter-Turn Frost-Free Sillcock (hose connecter) Price $515, then $475

I had a problem with shutting off completely my outside water hose. I called P.A.C., because they initially installed the piping. When they came they said it couldn't be fixed, and would cost $515 to replace. I balked at such an exorbitant price, and they said I could get a discount of 10%, making the cost $475 plus tax. No way did this make sense to me, and I asked them to leave. (I paid $97.21 for the service call). I then called another plumbing company, and they installed the pipe for $175 plus tax. (15 minutes installation). That is quite a difference in pricing. I know plumbers as a whole make good money, but P.A.C. Sought to rip (rape my wallet) me off big time. I felt compelled to make a complaint, and alert all to this "over the top" pricing. They will never get another call from me!
