Beware of Jim Rose and Andrea rose and any company that they are involved in. Big Ripoff. Will take you for a lot of money

I hired Jim Rose and A and J Builders through serviceMagic.com (watch out for them too) and I paid Jim Rose of Rochester NH 505 of the quote to build a garage for me and he did about 1/6 of the work and then never returned. I subsequently tried to sue him but his lawyers were one step ahead of mine and he filed bankruptcy before I could get any money. I lost at least $22K.
