During my employment at david whittle plastering I was the target of harsh verbel and physical abuse. I'll keep it short and tell about the final incident. While at work I was climbing down off of scaffolding and I ended up tearing ligaments in my Knee that would later require surgury.
After informing the foreman of what happend I was givin the proverbial "awe you'll be alright". So fearing I would lose my job I continued to to work the entire next week.By the time saturday rolled around I could no longer walk. So that morning I called in expressing my concerns, about 15 minutes goes by and I hear a knock on my door. Its the foreman, he tells me that since I could not work today that I was fired. That evening I went to the emergency room to have my knee and my jaw looked at. Jaw, yes I said jaw because earlier that day when I went to go get my paycheck he began to push me and cus at me telling me that he wasn't going to pay me shit. So after giving him the finger I turned to walk away and he jumps over my shoulder and punches me square in the jaw. Shocking but true.
Then this asshole only reported me making just over $200 in the five months that I had worked for him so my disability check is a whopping $63.84 every two weeks. Boy its sure is easy supportig a wife and kid on $120 everymonth. So in southern ca if your a contractor find some one else to do your stucco and lath because this asshole will get you in a heep of shit because he doen't only mis treat employees he also cuts corners on safety, could careless about deadlines, he just wants his money to support his gambling and meth habbit.
And dave I hope your sorry ass reads this and I hope you lose clients because of this. Oh yeah don't forget our little court date is coming up. Rot in hell you piece of shit!!!
