Sprintmasters, Takes the money, but doesn't do the work

I paid top dollar, for the so called - PROFESSION MASTER PLAN service, and have called over 20 times, sent a letter, complained till I was blue in the face, trying to get them to simply apply my May09 fertilization program, and they have promised to come out to my Toronto home and perform the work, but never show up! I will never use this useless service again. It's a fraud. They tae the money, and you can never actually speak to a person, they hide behind voice mail, and do everything they can to avoid personal contact. The whole thing is a scam!
