Our AC device wasn't chilling, and so I approached AHS. They sent somebody out, and that I was informed that preventive maintenance must be completed, before they'd attempt to figure out the issue. I expected them to complete it, but I had been educated they did not have occasion.
I approached another organization and had the preventive maintenance completed. Additionally they washed the evaporative coils. I delivered evidence of support to AHS plus they stated "that isn't adequate, the AC isn't any longer protected till it's in great working order. The evaporator coil must be drawn and washed."
And So I got another organization in the future out and draw and clear the coil, I delivered paperwork to AHS. It still was not adequate. I called customer support.
They recognized the preventive maintenance was completed, but I had a need to obtain the AC device fixed, so the demands are ideal and its own in great working order. I requested, "Is Not this what I am spending you for?"
