PSEG NJ customer support is nonexistant, when you have an issue using their web that will be constantly and contact you'll delay everywhere from 5 minute to 35 mins simply to be informed I will move one to another department and delay another 5 or 35 mins. Or you will get hungup on entirely. The web fails possibly, I've numerous balances and also have to join up for every one with various pw and longin data that is rediculous.
