I had a terrible experience with Flamingo Pools. I would avoid this company and its owner Dennis Gomez if you do not want this happening to you.
I paid Dennis with cash for a pool cover in November because he insisted I pay him in cash. Months passed and he did not give me the pool cover I paid him for. He kept blaming it on the pool cover company but I later found out the real problem was that he had kept the money I paid him.
Only until I sat down with a detective from the BROWNSVILLE POLICE dept did he finally give me the pool cover I paid him for, and even then he stalled and it took forever.in all I waited months for him to do a simple thing I had paid him for.
He kept lying to me, avoiding my calls and in general created a nightmare for me and my family. Please do not use this company for your pool.in my opinion he is extremely unproffessional and should be avoided.
