HMS Home Guarantee is just a FRAUD organization BIG STYLE!!! We purchased our townhouse in July.8 weeks later I get water draing in the roof and down the medial side of the home that will be from the air conditioner within the loft. Named HMS plus they express I should both delay as much as 2 weeks in order for them to deliver somebody out to check on it or I should contact the company myself and attempt my fortune at obtaining them around faster. Obviously, being the maximum of July, I contact the company and attempt to have them over asap... Did not work! Anyhow, once the organization ultimately deliver somebody around, the specialist claims it is also warm within the loft for him and creates in his statement that "the thing is the condensation pot that the clients smashed themselves"... Only a little detail with this declaration is the fact that we'd never been up the loft!!! Then he mentioned that people had another choice, we're able to spend him a thousand bucks privately to repair the AC condensation skillet otherwise he'd submit the statement declaring we broke it. I requested this guy out-of my home, endangered to contact law enforcement and that I instantly named HMS to create a proper criticism and tell them this guy was shady and desired our cash privately! HMS' reaction was much more fascinating... They stated that they'd need to wait for the report ahead in in the company which blew me away and when they finally did get it per week later, they stated that we'd damaged the ac condensation skillet and so we weren't protected!!! Well, i would like to say this... We do not actually understand what an AC condensation pot appears like or where you can discover it even when we desired to split it or repair it!!! I am a Nurse, I repair people's health insurance and I truly have no idea the very first thing about AC models up within the loft!!! That's why we purchase home guarantee! So we do not have to understand about ac condensation pans!!! The corporation accused me of breaking this after i do not actually know what it's! The corporation wasn't actually worried that their company was blackmailing me!!! The corporation is dishonest and must be closed down!!! These folks should be place in jail!!! I terminated my home warranty and got whichever was left after the fees and charges they chose to placed on the surface of the prorated quantity! I'll NOT HAVE HOUSE GUARANTEE AGAIN ESPECIALLY WITH HMS... The corporation specializes in taking your money after which calling you a liar whenever you place in a state!!!
