Queried internet for Riddex Electronic Pest Controller, clicked on RHS Enterprise, LLC looked like a safe website using words like money back guarantee, secure, and full refund. Finally after over a month of waiting for order, of course credit card was charged the day the order was placed, I received in a used manila envelop 2 cheap, velcro arm belts to electronically exercise my muscles through impulses.
I contacted the phone number I found on the internet for this website and spoke to "John", he stated that his computer had crashed and couldn't check status of order but was sure that I should receive the 2 Riddex Controller in the mail TODAY! Of course they weren't... I tried and tried to call John again, no answer, busy or recording to call back again.
Called the number on my billing statement, Robert Slavinski, 631-275-8477, he answered only one time but told me I needed to call customer service at the other number of 631-369-2672. Guess what, same thing, no answer, busy, call back recording. My credit card company is filing a complaint plus I have also contacted Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware, my pests are laughing uncontrollably because I was had by this company.
