I ordered the Riddex product and it was billed to my credit card. Weeks have gone by and my order never came. I called and was told to call the Canadian number but they wouldn't give me the number. I asked to speak to the manager. Someone else got on the phone and said they don't ship to Canada. I called back several more times and was told the same thing. They website says they do but does not give a Canadian number. I called the credit card company and they said they would reimburse me but the Riddex company is ripping people off that use pay pal because there is a 45 day dispute policy with pay pal. The credit card company give you 4 to 6 months. I have called the Riddex number and have been hung up on when I pry into getting the Canadian number. I went to the yellow pages and the number I got for the Riddex adddress in East Yourk, Ontario is 647-977-4294. I called Riddex back again at 1-800-283-3042 and told them I had the Canadian number that they kept telling me they didn't have. They told me it was disconnected then hung up on me again. The RCMP and what ever USA officials should look into this company because they are stealing money from people through Pay Pal.
