Joe Santarelli Building closed a deal watts - us in 2-005 to construct our home in 9 weeks. It's now been 23 weeks, the home continues to be not completed & he's wandered off the task. We settled him all of the cash he required for work & supplies under agreement and change requests and most of the subcontractors weren't compensated & area of the supplies weren't requested or mounted. Quite simply, he employed our cash for other activities besides creating our home. We're seniors watts - medical issues that Santarelli increased; he also economically crippled people.
