This is actually the very first time I have actually reported online, but I've to say it you have me steaming angry.
We bought LOTS OF kohler higher-end items from the higher-end shower goods store. We were totally remodeling our home, therefore we requested lots of item in advance.
We've been banging off the restoration, one-room at the same time, also it found deploy the mirror sink taps (two of these). We'd the plumber to do the deploy so when we ripped them equally out, they both had what I'd contact a processor or reduction inside them. Today this reduction didn't appear as though it had been completed in cargo since the gleaming end wasn't damaged or scratched. This appeared obviously just like a forging problem in the producer.
Sadly the organization we purchased both of these taps from ended up to become an unreliable company. We've since ceased coping with them. Therefore having a dilemma such as this, we named Kohler straight. They stated we'd to cope with the merchant. So we approached the reseller. I month later and a lot of reasons but still no changed taps.
So we called Kohler again. They stated I'd to cope with the merchant and they might do nothing. They declined to operate and assist the conclusion client. We'd bought lots of their item and were thinking about purchasing more, but that didnt matter. They essentially informed is the fact that when the merchant didnt change them, then we were caught using the uninstalled, faulty item. They certainly were $500 taps incidentally.
In speaking with another supplier, we were informed a few issues. The most important thing was that Kohler may matter a 'guarantee notice' which may permit us to obtain our taps changed at any store/supplier. After I requested Kohler about that, they stated they'd not do this whatsoever. They didnt say why don't you, that they wouldnt.
So here we're, two faulty taps, fresh from the container, never mounted, and Kohler might care less. I'm so surprised that the business how big Kohler, who would like to perform within the higher-end marketplace where organization picture issues, is that this dismissive using their product flaws.
We ofcourse WOn't cope with them again. Easily might return anything we purchased from their store I'd.
Allow this be considered a caution, once its offered, Kohler couldnt care less.
