He will sub contract the repair / new build to a bunch of washed up alchoholics, drug addicts who will be on your property working.

I must admit, I fell for his grifting smooth talk.
A deposit of 3500 was given and work was to commence a week later.
Then came the tear up.
They tore up the driveway, framed, and waited for the pour of the cement (which didnt take place the same day because of the rain)
Few days later, they poured.
After that, I had to constantly chase them down to have them complete the job.
The newly poured cement needed to be power washed, and cut into sections.
They never showed up. Now I have a driveway (that i still dont park on) That has a zillion surface cracks that will soon chip off resulting in pot hole like crators and Griffin cement will not take my calls nor attempt to rectify the issue.
This issue cannot be fixed unless many sections of the driveway are removed, and re poured and Griffin cement knows this and thats why they refuse to complete the job. The owner continues to stall while he tries to " rob paul to pay peter "... Basically take on new jobs to cover the cost of fixing this mess.
A class action suit is planned. Will keep rip off report updated.
