When someone schedules a day off of work and is told they will have an 8am appointment and doesn't get service or a call until after 3pm what is the problem?
After I called at 3pm to find out where the technician was they said to me 'can he come later' at this point I had already wasted a whole day off, rearranged all of my furniture in anticipation of getting the carpets cleaned and wasted enough time. When I said 'no' he can't come later the man hung up on me. I called back to find out why he hung up on me and my call went straight to voicemail.
This company is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and shouldn't be doing business if they can't keep their appointments!
