CARLEY MALONEY came to my home to give me a price on doing some distressed painting for me. She required a deposit half of the cost down. I gave her the money. She was suppose to come back and start the job. She just gave excuse after excuse why she couldn't come. She changed her phone number and is advertising on Craigslist. Since the incident with me. I have learned she has done several people like that. She has yet to return phone calls, and will not return the money. Beware of this person she will rip you off. She is truly a SCAM ARTIST. I signed a proposal with her and she gave me a receipt, but has yet to do the job or return my money!!! She is not licensed, so be careful with these kind of people.
