Husky Power Washer 1800
This is one of the worst products I have ever bought. I purchased mine in Jan 08 and used it once. After storing it (following directions in manual), I pulled it out at the beginning of the summer and it didn't work. The motor would run but no pressure was produced. After multiple times of trying to get some support I finally got through on the only live support they have ONLINE. It took me 4 months of 5 to 7 attempts total to get through and get a return shipping label for a product with a 3 year warranty. Finally, I got a second one back. It was not mine as it was MORE used than the original I sent in. They just pealed my serial number off and put it on another machine. I was able to use this one twice before it did the same thing.
After contacting Home Depot and explaining to them the entire situation they refunded my money. They did not have to but I was thankful. The only satisfaction I had with this machine was watching it explode as I tossed it over my fence into the alley even with the 3 year warrant with 18month left I was not ready to go through that hassle again. The Husky name obviously only means something on hand tools.
