I purchased this contraption from Home Depot a year ago for about $90. I wondered if a machine this inexpensive would be worth it. I found out a year later. It worked OK the first year. The trouble started the next spring.
After storing it inside during the winter, the connector between the high pressure hose and the pump broke. Bought a new one, takes a week. Then the pressure switch was bad, another order and another week. Finally it powers up and water pours from the handle.
I did an online chat with a "representative" who is nothing more than a person who cannot troubleshoot or offer any technical help. Another order for a new wand, another week. The washer technically works but puts out about as much pressure as any garden hose nozzle. What a waste.
There is no schematic, no parts list, you must order assemblies which are more expensive. I live 50 miles from the nearest town so renting a power washer is not appealing. I'll probably have to buy a new washer but it will NOT be made by Husky.
