Returned to my home multiple times. Relentless, like a vulture overhead. Will push for at least a down-payment, or a pay in full (don't do it). Gave a start date, but repeatedly failed to show. Got to where he would not return calls. I eventually had to use a lawyer to get a response. A classic scam artist & very good at it!
Will push for you to sign a contract which includes a waiver for for cancellation that results in forfeiture of any down payment.
I can't think of enough expletives to describe this scam-bag!!!
