We borrowed our custom home ideas to Charlie Biggins of Charlie Biggins Building in March 09 to obtain a published estimation on creating our new custom house. Mr. Biggins never offered us a published estimation of the home price and desired to hurry into building the home by performing dirt screening, sewage remedies, and so forth. We requested for that estimation first since we desired to understand the sum total price of the home. We weren't confident with creating a home without understanding the sum total price.
We decided it'd be better to delay and develop the home next year and requested for that ideas back. Mr. Biggins decided to this-but kept placing people off stating he was outoftown or whatsoever. It was a red-flag for all of US. Lastly we named him and stated that we required the ideas back today. As of this request the ideas then he advised us he believed he must be taken care of his time. There is no previous contract for almost any cost. We have had many homebuilders evaluate the ideas for an estimate and never one requested to become taken care of their estimation. We informed him he never stated something in regards to a cost for that home estimate and we did not signal something stating we would pay him for that estimation. We asked for that ideas again. At he stated he was maintaining the ideas and hung-up on-US. The permit for this house strategy price us $1,200. I've informed the trademark owner of the plans just in case they'd prefer to prosecute him for illegally taking their ideas. I've also approached law enforcement to determine when they may do something concerning the robbery of our home programs.
Within our view, this guy is just a really questionable personality, uncommon along with a crook that may not be respected. I appreciate God this guy confirmed his accurate shades before we experienced a company cope with him. Their steps show him to be always a shady liar along with a crook. Watch out for Charlie Biggins, prevent him such as the trouble.
