I sent this email to [email protected] and was told we would recieve a new coffee pot in 2-3 weeks cause they were on back order. We called again after 3 weeks and again was told the pot was on back order. Here it is April 21 and still no coffee pot.

Hello we made a pot of coffee this morning and when my husband went to take the pot off the base of the coffee pot the handle fell off [pictures included].
We feel Black and Decker owes us a new carafe to say the least.
