Poor warranty and customer service

We purchased a beautiful Bluerhino marble and copper outdoor fireplace, model #WAF607A in October 06, by January 08 the marble was crumbling on the top left side of the fireplace. I contacted bluerhino for additional marble to replace the broken area, but the explained they didn't have any so the sent me some money back which I appreciated so I could get this repaired.in January 09, I contacted bluerhino again, this time the whole fireplace was falling apart and needs to totally be re-marbled or replaced. I contacted bluerhino again with new pictures and I asked for my money back. They told me they only offer a one year warranty, and they are unable to assist me at this time. I am very disappointed with the fact that bluerhino does not stand behind there products... BEWARE when purchasing a BLUERHINO product...
