They put a liner in my chimney to keep the smoke from entering the attic at my home. After the work was done and they were paid, I still had smoke entering my attic and home.
After several attempts at getting them to come out and inspect they finally showed up. Connor Dumas (Owner), said that he had missed it on the inspection and that he would make sure it got fixed at no cost. That was one year ago. I have called them at least twice a month for the past year and have not gotten a response yet. This seems to be the case with them.
I stongly suggest that you check them and any other business out on the B.B.B. Website. I wish I would have before I called them.
