A-1 USA Mover, National Moving Network
A-1 USA Movers, National Moving Network are moving company thieves. Stole my money and my furniture. BE WEARY OF THESE COMPANIES THEY ARE IN CAHOOTS! Ripoff business from hell Miami And Houston Florida and

I contracted with National Moving Network in February to move my furniture from storage in Louisiana to California. I spoke with Bill Evans. He stated that he would let me know the exact date they would pick up my furniture. He said to allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. I requested a 24 hour notice so that I can make arrangements for coverage at work. On March 2 I recieved a call from A-1 USA Movers stating that they were on their way to my house to pick up my furniture. I called a back and a man with a very heavy accent answered the phone. I could barely understand him. He said that they were 1 hour away. Well that was a mistake they were on their way to the storage unit. I was releived.

Two hours later I recieved another call. They could not get in the storage because they did not have the key the I sent to Bill Evans (2 day air) with all the pertinent information. The manager of the storage facility had to break the locks. Per the manager she said that they were there for hours unloading my furniture.

On March 7 I recieved a phone call at work stating that they would be delivering my furniture that evening and I needed to have cash or a casheirs check for the driver. I said, "what happen to the 24 hour notice?" There was complete silence. I responded, fine I will make the necessary arrangement. I got a cashiers check on my lunch break and left work early. They did not arrive at 6 pm they arrived at 9 pm. Three hours late. Guess what? It was Ming Tay. He picked up the shipment from A-1 USA Movers. What the hell? I didnt think anything of it I just wanted my stuff.

Before Ming Tay unloaded he wanted the money up front. I was suspicious but I complied with his wishes. I thought these people must get burned alot. Boy, was I wrong. He unloaded less than half of my items and wanted me to sign that I had recieved a complete shipment. Ming Tay, do not play with me where is my furniture, I said. He swore on his mother that was all he got from the original carrier. I made him call everyone but no one would answer. As I sat there crying in the parking lot listing all of my missing items before I agreed to sign he looked on with fake pity. I wanted to go in his pockets and take my money back.

First thing the next morning I called National Moving Network and spoke with a rude witch name Marlene Fonseco. I told her that more than half of my furniture was missing, 2 pieces of expensive art, queen size bed, formal dining room table, 6 chairs, big screen T.V. There was an earie silence. She was not surprised at all. I knew right then I had been robbed. She put me on hold and came back to the phone and said I needed to speak with Armando, he said that the mover said a lot of items were missing from your storage. Well, why the hell didnt anyone call me??? I am the one that should have been notified not you. They charged me for 2000lbs and I only recieved about 500lbs.

After careful thought and a littel research I visited the ebay website and did a search for A-1 and National. They sale furniture. Possibly furniture that they stole from us and post it on ebay to be auctioned off. I saw some items that look very similiar to mine. I know my things were not originals but it sure looks fishy. I reported this to ebay today. They had the exact same advertisement eventhough they claim not to be affiliated and National does not even handle furniture they are just a broker. So how do they sale furniture if they are only a broker and never actually do ther physical moves, so I was told.

I know you have the scam figured out by now... What "scumbags"
