Do not deal with matt robertson, or amadeus oils, or the foreclosure prevention center, they are a fraud and stole money from my mother who was behind only one payment and he promised her to modify and bring down her interest, payment and principle balance reduction based on negative equity on her home. And they never did anything it took 5 months and still nothing
My mother has received a sale date and even though my mother paid 4,000 to modify they didnt do anything. Shes loosing her home. Please dont let this predator rip you off. He doesnt keep his word and his warranty is good for nothing because til this day there has been no refund. And this process was supposed to take 60-90 day according to matt robertson. He is a fraud and should be in jail! He is stealing people s money that they dont have!!!
