Bait and switch on tv - used washer instead of new

I bought a washing machine from these people. It was not the same model that I purchased off the floor. After it was delivered, I noticed that the invoice had no model # on it. When this machine broke down my repairman told me it had replacement parts already inside!!! It was definitely not a new washer!!!
