Shipping charges as much as order. Ordered dec 4th and have not received yet

I ordered the snuggies thought great gift. I to was shocked that the shipping charges were as much as the order. No way to cancel, call to question or to email them. I ordered these the 4th of Dec and no merchandise yet. Has anyone received their order yet?
