American Home Shield
Plumbing

A week ago I named National House Guard due to a plumbing stoppage. A plumber was sent and his analysis mentioned that there is a rubber item in the primary drain overflow tube. The plumber couldn't take away the rubber item and briefly set the problem by propping the rubber item having a thin tube and departing the overflow tube available.

This clearly didn't repair the problem completely. Then I had been informed with a followup telephone call from AHS that AHS couldn't aid me-any further till I eliminated the "foreign-object" in the strain. Nevertheless, the object within the drain isn't a foreign-object; it's area of the strain. It's the cover towards the tube that it dropped into. On the Sunday my plumbing supported again. I called AHS and was informed that I'd to keep in touch with the Authorizations division that was just available Mon Fri to claim the refusal of support. Clearly, I can't wait until Friday to claim the meaning of "foreign-object." I have named a plumber in the phone-book to obtain it mounted.

It Is A positive thing that AHS was free and contained in my mortgage for that first-year; I just got tricked out-of a $60 service-fee for that preliminary plumber. To repair the issue completely, I had been just billed $164 whole. Even when AHS hadnot attempted to weasel their solution of addressing my issue, they'd have just preserved me $104.

I Will have my buddy (an attorney) threaten to prosecute on Friday for compensation from AHS. I am within the military, operating 65 hours per week and I-donot have time for you to cope with garbage such as this.
