Who owns the organization, Ron Gun was a "buddy" of mine. He was focusing on a growth away from Houston region in West Columbia. He named it Columbia Waters Sporting Club. He'd large ideas to get a bass fishing lake, a personal country-club for homeowners, and was within the planning phases to begin obtaining houses constructed about the lake. I noticed all of the preliminary ideas, and we discussed me buying a lot. He was pre-promoting the plenty to traders for $50k, but he created me a "offer" to purchase alot for $35K. I had been just one mom after I respected and committed to the corporation, and my widowed mom likewise committed to 2 tons totaling $70K. Ron Gun has vanished with $105,000 of our cash, and did nothing to actually begin the improvement of the Sporting Club. The comps for that tons are significantly less than $25K today, plus they havnot offered a river lot in decades...
