Here is how to get your money back from HouseValues. Their agreements contain a fatal flaw. If you sign an agreement with them, they can bill your credit card. However, here is the catch. According to their agreements, they can not bill you past your initial term. So, if you signed a 12 month agreement and they kept billing you past the twelve months, you can dispute all payments beyond the 12 months - and YOU WILL WIN THE DISPUTE. I tried this on all my agreements and got back over $3000 from mastercard.
so here is how you do it. If you are being billed by HouseValues, and you are outside your initial term (month to month), dispute all your payments made to them since your 12th month and you will win the credit card dispute. Their agreements were written as such where they do not have authorization to bill you beyond the initial term.
Go get this company and make them give you your money back. They know their leads suck. Now, you don't have to put up with it anymore.
