Aqua burned us for $20,000 and our pool is only half completed

Aqua pool and spa burned us for $20,000 and our pool is only half finished. The salesman told us they we going to close (who we promised not to mention his name) and they were behind on all there bills to everyone. At that point we went down and met with richard townsend and greg whitley the owners, at that point they guaranted us they were not closing so we trusted them. We then made or next payment in good faith (what a mistake) that was the last time we heard from aqua or richard townsend or greg whitley. Withen 2 weeks they closed there doors and we cannot reach them. We are currently filing law suits against them. These 2 guys deserve to be punished to the full extent of the law, i hope the state contractors board gives them what they deserve. Tt

This company was nothing but a bunch of frauds with a fancy showroom. And they lied to me and my wife in person and gave us there word everthing was ok when they new they were going to close, they are no good thieves.

Buy this is far from over, i guarantee it, i am hiring a private investigator to find richard townsend and greg whitley, they burned the wrong guy.
