Ted Banet does not understand what a contract or warranty means. He gives you an attractive estimate, you sign a contract, and in the midst of the project, he asks for more money because... Of whatever reason he has (for us it was that it cost him more to commute because he has a 40K dollar truck) and refuses tos complete the project unless you come up with more money. He also doesn't comprehend that warranty means a promise to come back and fix whatever needs to be fixed without any additional payment.in Ted's opinion, a warranty only means that he will come (in his 40K dollar truck)... But only if you pay extra money.
Punctuality and keeping your word are foreing concepts to Ted Banet. Beware of hiring such a louzy businessman.
