Lastly, agreement was released to come back the heater to Loewis for a different one which we did and which worked for precisely one-hour prior to the pilot quit working again. After more telephone calls, planned support calls (3) that have been all terminated from the supplier (not us), and 8 times without heated water, we delivered the water heater to Loew's, got shop credit, visited Sear's, purchased a Kenmore, mounted it and—hooray—have experienced warm water to get a week today!!! We shall NEVER, ACTUALLY purchase another Whirlpool item and neither may our kids or friends. I'll make certain everybody knows of the terrible service, their incredible store
