The Home Show
Salesman - Riley / supervisor - Matt, May Not Have Known They lied and tricked me into buying a lot model to get it off their lot sales must have been down

Ok, I had searched and looked at mobile homes for over a year so in the year 2005 estimatated i found the perfect layout of a mobile home. It was my dream home. So, in 2006 i goto buy a home and the home show of louisa could not find the home bluprints i had wanted so i drove to huntington, west virginia and sure enough in one of their old books was the home i wanted!

I took the blueprint to The Home Show of Louisa and as far as they were concerned at that time, that was the house i was having built. Well... 2 days before I was to sign my closing papers they call me and lie and say you have to come today and pick a lot model because the paperwork needs a serial number on it.

Well NO IT DON'T had i thought more about it -they had me in a panic... I had another mobile home built they do not put the serial numbers on the home until after they are built so i contact Clayton Manufacturer and even a woman there had confirmed the serial number doesn't get put on the house until after it is built so i am still dealing with Clayton Manufacturer at this time even though i was supposed to get a call back from a manager i didn't so i have to call them again.

My point is, i was lied to by the seller of the Louisa Home Show so that they could get rid of a lot model and move a newer one in this was in October so the 2007's were coming in and I got suckered. I plan to file suit against them. I have had everything go wrong with this house. The roof was overbuilt it couldn't be bumped together properly until they sawed off part of it, then some siding fell off which was replace.

All my underpinning blew away the day they put it up they did not screw it in and i live ontop of a mountain. Every sink stops up and commodes the plumming is all messed up. My master sink pipes have broke 3 times. All my appliances "GE" have broke except my oven hood/microwave there was close to an inch gap in the floor with a draft they had to come seal it cut my carpet and reseem it you need to see this great carpet job.

Now my cabinets are starting to peel and the trim. It is like wallpaper pressed board or something and i didn't know it was not the real trim. My kitchen is big can you imagine having your cabinets peel off and here this house i haven't lived in 2 years yet. The list is forever going on and on. Don't fall for the excuse of the serial number on paperwork even Clayton homes agreed with me on that.

It cost them a 10,000 dollar loss because the blueprint mobile home i wanted built was more costly. I will retain an attorney just as soon as i can. I am sure Clayton homes are pretty upset with The Home Show of Louisa but they didn't call me back yet so what does that say about Clayton. The trim is cheap, the walls are paper thin, the doors are cheap.

Go for a better brand! Clayton sells alot because they are a huge company and somewhat cheaper but they are not built the best that is why they are somewhat cheaper! So I am in a home i really don't like but felt pressured to buy. I got SUCKERED but like i said a lawsuit will be filed.
