I asked for free money to redo my home. They asked for 19.95 to process my applycation

I went on the internet to get federal money to improve my home. I was told it would coat 19.95 to file my paper work whitch i paid. I have not heard from anyone about this. I'm filing this report so that no one else gets rip off.
