I had a leaky hot water faucet on my tub. The Technician came out to repair the leak and while repairing it damaged the faucet by scratching it up with his tools. I called them back to repair the damage. They could not repair the damage and told me they would have to find the right part for the faucet and would come back in two days. Two days came and went with no phone call from them. I called them up and they acted unaware that they schedule me. When I asked to speak with the manager or boss of the place they told me NO! They were so unprofessional that they hung up on me twice. After the third phone call they finally schedule me for the next day and said they would call me to confirm everything was on. They did not call. (I called them to ask why they could not call me, And they would not answer that question&They would only say that the technician was coming!) A technician did come by and brought the replacement pieces to my faucet but scratched them all up while putting them on. So far they have not gotten back to me. Their workmanship, communication and professionalism is at the bottom of the toilet. STAY AWAY!
