Walleck Roofing installed a new construction, medal, standing seam roof on my new house in Nov. Of 2005. It did not rain in south texas for over a year.
First leak was reported to them on Jan. 7.
My roof still leaks. There have been half hearted attempts on thier part to repair this roof. This was done with cauking, and one small panel replaced.
The company was reported to the BBB by me and this did get them back out to do yet another failed patch.
I paid this company $14,908.00 for this, "never need to be replaced" roof.
Can not understand why a new roof, if installed properly, would need repair.
The three year warranty expires in Oct. Of 2008. My phone calls are being ignored so I must assume that the Wallecks are waiting untill warranty expires.
I am a senior citizen, on fixed income and can ill afford to hire an attorney.
If I have to go into debt in order to do that. I will.
I have complete records of this on going saga. Every phone call, ignored or otherwise, every failed attempt to patch. There are pictures of rainwater rolling across the floor, rain dripping from a door way and bowls set up trying to catch the rain.
Tommy Walleck (owner) his son Mike and my builder have all seen the damage to my walls and paint.
