I invest 425.00 on willow hybrid woods. Once they came these were simply sticks, but I believed ok, there's a 90-day promise and so I may simply deliver them back when they do not develop as quickly whilst the organization statements.
Nearly 3 months later, the sticks don't have any leaves. I contact the organization plus they inform me to do the scratch-test to determine if they're useless. They're not useless, but nonetheless no sprouts. The organization will not substitute they bushes that I suppose are desperate simply because they declare they're not useless. The 3 months is likely to be up and that I won't obtain substitutes or may they return my income.
Very Frustrated.
