On may the 18th I purchased a mobile home from the manager of the trailer park where I live. I paid a total of $6000, the lady I bought the trailer from took total advantage of me. I had just recently seperated from my husband and I was all alone with 2 small children and no one to help me. She saw this as an opportunity to take advantage of my situation and rip me off.
Being ripped off is just the beginning of my story. After I purchased the mobile home she and her family refused to get out, this left me and my children homeless. She had me and my 2 small children stay in a condemned trailer with no power or running water for 3 days. I had spent everything that I had so my children and I could have a home and I had no more money.
She also stoled 2 puppies from me and sold them and kept the money, I was told that i would have to take her to civil court and prove this, but once again being broke I could not afford an attorney.
Finally on June 1st we got to move in, needless to say the place was a wreck but atleast we had a roof over our heads. I let the park manager/lady who sold me the mobile home know that I wished to have no futher contact with her, because I found out that she is on felony probation for the use and sale of illegal drugs and her live in boyfriend is a registered sex offender. This sent her over the edge.
Ever since we moved in she has been trying to get me evicted, she says that I was never approved to live in the park (even though I bought the trailer from her the manager) and I had been there 8 months prior to her even becoming the manager. She is constantly calling the police on me and child services but nothing comes from it. So she takes me to court and has people lie under oath that I am a threat to her and a protection order is granted for her against me, which I dont care I want no contact with her anyways. She is going to the lawyers who handle the park and telling them all sorts of horrible lies about me and my family to try to get us evicted. This lady will stop at nothing to ruin my life.
I have seen her do this to other home owners in the park and she gets away with it every time. If anyone could please help me and my family please let me know, I am terrified and have no idea as to what to do.
