New washer purchased and delivered 3 weeks ago, made loud noise, got louder, called Service, rService eplaced/tried several different things, (installed new pump, tried bending metal in the pedestal below the washer, thinking that ws making the sound. Then diagnostic test said the control panel was out! Shortly thereafter, the washer quit starting all together. At least before we had a washer that worked, it just made noise. Now we have no washer. Another control panel is ordered, but it will take a week to get here, we would have to take off work again. We called hhgregg and advised we would like a new washing machine if it had this many things going wrong in the first few weeks. We were amazed to hear them say they could or would no nothing, we have to deal with the manufacturer! At the time of this purchase, we bought a 50 inch plasma tv, a 30 in flat tv, washer, dryer, two pedelstals, and a tower. We cannot believe that they do not want to do anything for us! We will NEVER buy anything from hhgregg again and we hope everyone gets the message about their poor customer service relationship - even though their internet ad talks about their wonderful reputation of service to customers they have. I wish I had read all these "Ripoff" repports before we bought anything from them. Hopefully this will help convince someone else.
