Patrick Wethington told the BBB of San Antonio that he didn't own the company that I contracted with, but that NOW he transferred ownership and the name of the company if American Custom Doors, INC. It was not incorporated before, same name.
He put the company and 2 other companies in his dying mother's name in August. She died February. He would however now make the doors (another delay tactic), and he is going to sue me. So, he has my money since October, can't make the doors, won't make the doors, won't return my money, transfers the company into his dying mom's name, and voila, all is well! He doesn't have to do anything...
But, now his mom's estate is in the picture. He also has to deal with putting up false claims that he was associated with other reputable door companies that have not heard of him before. They did manage to call him and get him to take down their name and the images that he put on his website (now the website is down). This report will be forwarded to them also.
I would suggest that you get the name of any owners of any companies you deal with and ask for their articles of incorporation, or assumed names they are using for their business.
This information can be forwarded to anyone you would like, he has done business in South Carolina, California, Florida, and probably everywhere in between. I will update as I contact more of his business associates.
