I placed an order on June 3rd totaling $60.71 and paid by credit card.
The credit card was charged immediately, and I received an email confirming my order, and promising 3-5 business day delivery.
By the 19th of June, I still had not received the item and began trying to contact the company.
Their website offers "live-chat" which conveniently is ALWAYS offline, and you can leave a message, to which no one responds.
I then tried the phone number provided, only to receive a message that the mailbox is full and cannot receive new messages and disconnects.
I promptly filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, with whom they have an "unsatisfactory" rating, and no one within the company has responded to this complaint either.
