Mark Dandan Ing Properties took our deposit on the lease to own option and now wont accept our calls or emails and now being evicted because house went into foreclosure

We were doing a lease purchase with Marwan (Mark Dandan) ING properties and made all of our payments on time. Now we got a letter from an attorneys office telling us to vacate the property because it went into foreclosure because Mark Dandan was not paying the house note. He also stole our deposit we gave him towards the purchase of the house. Now we will not accept our calls or emails. We have only a few days to try and find another place to live. BEWARE of ING PROPERTIES Marwan Dandan (MARK) he is a thief.
